Jonathan S. Daitch, MD, a local physician specializing in interventional pain management, performed the Mendelssohn Violin Concerto on Saturday, January 8, 2011 at Bishop Verot High School in Fort Myers, Florida to a full audience.
The audience included music connoisseurs as well as former and current patients, employees, distinguished physicians from different Florida cities, and many young music students. Dr. Daitch received two standing ovations as well as accolades describing his performance as "breath-taking," "incredible," "technically brilliant," and "astounding."
Dr. Daitch began his study of the violin at age five with Stephen Wolonosovich in Westfield, NJ. His accomplishments include obtaining the coveted position of the Concert Master of the NJ All State Youth Orchestra, studying with numerous prominent instructors in the New York metropolitan area, winning scholarships to Meadowmount Summer Music Camp in New York and to the prestigious Aspen Summer Music Camp. Since moving to Fort Myers in 1991, Dr. Daitch has continued to play chamber music and perform with local orchestras. His married and has three daughters.

Dr. Jonathan Daitch and Dr. Michael Frey proudly announce that the Park Center for Procedures Ambulatory Surgery Center associated with their medical practice, Advanced Pain Management & Spine Specialists, received full accreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) for three years. The Administrator is Karen B. Snyder, and the Nurse Manager is Cynthia Loncaric, RN. Kudos to both administrators for their ardent efforts to prepare and endure the survey! Daitch and Frey own the facility. |

Dr. Daitch and Dr. Frey attended the annual Florida Workers’ Compensation Education Conference in Orlando, Florida. Both physicians are certified to do FME’s and are contracted with most carriers to see workers' comp patients. Two other APMSS staff managers attended the Conference with the physicians. Joceline Mied, the APMSS Workers’ Compensation Coordinator, and Leslie Dube, the Business Office Manager, attended courses and participated in the Conference. |

In June 2010, Jonathan S. Daitch, MD and Michael E. Frey, MD attended the Annual Meeting of American Society of Interventional Pain Physician (ASIPP) in Washington, DC where both physicians presented research findings. After the conference concluded, Dr. Daitch went to Capitol Hill to meet with Florida Congressmen and their Staff to communicate physicians’ concerns about health care changes and the impact on proposed legislation that will affect legitimate interventional pain physicians.

Dr. Frey provided a presentation on "The Evolution and Clinical Evidence of Vertebroplasty and Kyphoplasty." Dr. Daitch lectured on the "Conversion of Chronic Pain Patients from Opiod Agonists to Buprenorphine." |
