Leslie has worked for APMSS for 12 years. She started in the front office, moved to IT manager and is now the Practice Administrator. She enjoys the teamwork environment, never being bored and is thankful APMSS gave her to opportunity to grow and learn. She is originally from Massachusetts and loves to cheer for the New England Patriots.
I am a Florida Native, born & raised and was a Ballerina for majority of my life. I have been with APMSS for 6 years now (with a quick 8 month break in between). I love working in this position to be the “boots on the ground” and the “face of the practice”. I like going out in the community and educating other practices about the new procedures we are doing here at APMSS.
I am originally from London, England but moved to Ft. Myers 4 years ago. I have a PhD. in Pharmacokinetics and is currently the Clinical Laboratory Director at APMSS. I love working in the on-site laboratory utilizing the latest cutting edge technology for toxicology screening and confirmations. In my spare time I enjoy mentoring young students who want to pursue a career in science. I understand that I have the unique distinction of being the only APMSS employee who has ever been awarded “Employee with the Best Accent.”
I am from the Philippines, but have worked in Singapore as well as Miami and Orlando. My job at APMSS has given me the opportunity to grow professionally. Dr. Daitch always encourages us to do our best and provide excellent care to our patients. APMSS is my family where everyone is supportive with each other.
I like that the company has the focus to promote and reward good work habits and APMSS has always acknowledged the employees for a job well done. I have a sense of belonging because my skills impact the company in a positive way and are acknowledged and put to good use.
A rare born-&-raised Southwest Floridian, Kary graduated as a Certified Medical Assistant and is also BLS Certified. She enjoys the friendliness of her APMSS co-workers and their team efforts to help each & every patient and how they sure patients are cared for. Living a brief time in Alabama, Kary enjoys her Fort Myers life with family and treating herself to shopping and candy!
Originally from Bronx, NY and Connecticut, Carmen has nearly 3 decades of experience in the medical field. After becoming a Certified Nurses Aide, she was certified in Behavioral Modification and continued her education as a Physical Therapy technician. She graduated from Heritage Institute (Fort Myers) with an Associates degree as a Medical Assistant and is Certified Nationally through NCCT. Carmen brings a special commitment for helping those in need as well as working with the APMSS team. She also enjoys learning new procedures and treatments from APMSS physicians. Carmen is known for her fabulous sense of humor and laughs about the time she ran a 5K, in the wrong direction! She enjoys freehand painting using oil /acrylic paints and creating crafts from recyclables.
Jason received an Associates Science Degree from Heritage Institute in Fort Myers and earned his Certification as a Medical Assistant. He uses his training and skills to help patients receive the professional care they need and also enjoys working with the APMSS staff. He was born and raised in Southwest Florida and enjoys long walks on the beach, collecting seashells, and candlelit dinners but, most of all, playing Pokemon Go with his son. He enjoys photography in his free time as well.
A Fort Myers High School graduate, Krystina became a Registered Medical Assistant in 2012 and recently received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, minoring in Marketing (and working towards her MBA). She enjoys working with APMSS staff as well as the interesting medical cases she sees with the APMSS Doctors. Truly an ‘outdoorsy’ type, Krystina was a competitive equestrian show jumper for ten years. She enjoys fishing, boating, kayaking, snorkeling, travel, and time with friends and family.
Lorenzo enjoys meeting new people and caring for patients at APMSS. Born in Miami, Lorenzo joined family in SW Florida and completed training at Florida Southwestern State College, He enjoys exercise and is a good swimmer. Obviously, he is also good at staying calm. He shares a story of how he and his Dad were fishing 40 miles off shore. When the boat’s engine died, his father kept waving his shirt “like a crazy man” as Lorenzo simply continued to fish!
Originally from Kansas, I began with APMSS in 2002 as an X-ray technician. When APMSS went to electronic medical records, I became the Nextgen EHR specialist, coordinating and training staff for the transition. I enjoyed having an intricate part in planning and opening Park Center for Procedures, the APMSS ambulatory surgical center and, in 2009, became ASC Administrator. After residing in West Palm Beach for several years, I returned to APMSS in 2018 as ASC Administrator.
Hi, my name is Erin. I am originally from Maryland but have lived in Florida for 13 years. I worked in finance for a time before graduating with my Associates in Nursing Science from Florida Southwestern in 2014. I obtained my Bachelor’s in Nursing in 2016 from University of South Florida. I truly enjoy working with everyone here and believe we give our best each day for our patients. When I am not at work, I like to cook new recipes and chill out with my dog Peanut.
Originally from Louisiana,I have lived in South Florida for 28 years. I have been in the medical field for 24 years, graduating from Ross Medical Education Center as a Certified Medical Assistant. I have always enjoyed helping people and it has been very rewarding. Working at APMSS is great! My coworkers are amazing and we work very well together as a team! I enjoy spending weekends and evenings with my children who are my greatest blessings.
I am originally from “small town” Minnesota. I visited Florida my senior year of high school and knew this was where I wanted to be. I enjoy singing, soaking up the rays, and spending as much time as possible with my wonderful daughter. I have been with APMSS for 2 years, initially in the front office and was the made Lead. I am now the Front Office Supervisor. I have learned a lot here at APMSS. I love how the entire practice works as a team. My goal is to ensure our patients’ needs are met and they leave with a smile.
Born and raised in Duluth, Minnesota, Kathleen graduated from the University of Minnesota before relocating to Port Charlotte in 1991. There, she held the position of Practice Manager at University Surgical Associates until moving to the Fort Myers area in 2018. She joined the APMSS team as Billing Manager in 2019. She shares: “A positive attitude awakens inner strength, energy, motivation and initiative.”
I was born in Naples, Florida and raised on Fort Myers Beach. When I first started with APMSS, I was a medical receptionist. After 3 years, I was promoted to Front Office Team Lead. My goal is to meet the patient’s needs and be a good team player. I like how we are all a big family here. When not at APMSS, I like to go beaching, take road trips to see family in Ohio, New Hampshire and Vermont, and spend time with my daughter.
I am a proud Hoosier from Northern Indiana. I came to sunny Florida on a volleyball scholarship to Lynn University. While attending Lynn, I received my Bachelor’s in Business Administration and MBA in Sports Administration. My true passion is working with people and trying to make everyone’s day no matter what situation they are in. I truly enjoy working at APMSS and seeing how we continue to meet our patients and staff’s needs. In my spare time I enjoy boating, trying new places to eat, and watching the Chicago Cubs and Bears games with family and friends.
Originally from Boca Raton, I graduated from Broward College with an AA degree in Criminal Justice and somehow switched over to health care field. I obtained my medical assistant certification from FL Career College and traveled over 30 states as a research pharmaceutical tech for 3 years before coming to Fort Myers in 2014 with my two sons (at the time) to pursue my nursing degree. I love working at APMSS for its fast pace and challenging procedures. I enjoy playing video games, dancing and joking around with my 4 sons.
Born and raised in Southwest Florida, I have been a Certified Medical Assistant since 2016. I joined the APMSS team in January 2017 as my first medical position. Here, I am surrounded with coworkers I love and am always excited about learning new approaches to patient care. I’m working towards my Bachelors in Public Health with the goal to become a Physician Assistant. In my off time, I enjoy going to the beach, boating, and spending time with family and friends.
My name is Jamie and I am a nurse in the PCP. I graduated from Southwest Florida College in 2014 with my associates and began nursing at the Cape Coral Hospital, where I worked on a medical/surgical unit for 2 years and a progressive care unit for 2 years. I started with Advanced Pain Management in October of 2018 and completed my Bachelors degree in March of 2019.

Hello! My name is Julie, and I am an RN in PCP. I was born and raised in Evansville, IN. However, most people think I am from KY due to my accent. I became a nurse in 2008, and have worked in Med/Surg, Cardiac/Thoracic surgery step down, Memory care, Home health (specializing in wound care), and now I am the Infection prevention nurse for APMSS. My motto is, clean hands save lives!
My name is Sydney. I graduated as a registered nurse from Florida SouthWestern State College and have been with at Advanced Pain Management & Spine Specialists ever since. I am currently working on completing my BSN in nursing and will graduate in the summer of 2020. I am very thankful to be a part of our great nursing team here.
Hi, my name is Sarah. I was born in Germany and shortly after our family moved to Georgia. My mother and I came to SW FL on vacation and never left. I started in Park Center four years ago as a new nurse. I learned a lot from my peers and continue to learn everyday. I am now the Nurse Manager and am proud to be part of a great team. I love Peruvian food and enjoy spending my days off doing anything outside.
My name is Wendy and relocated to Florida in June 2018. In 2013, I began as a Medical/Surgical Registered nurse in Illinois and found that pain management was an important and complex issue relating to all areas of healthcare. I transferred to the pain management group and was fortunate to find a great group in PCP when I moved here. Outside of work, I am a “sports mom,” spending most weekends with my husband watching one of my children’s sporting events.
My name is Aubrey. I was born and raised in South Bend, IN. I received my Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Indiana University-South Bend in 2010. I recently joined APMSS in January 2019. Hey y’all! My name is Lisa and I was born and raised in Huntsville, AL. ROLLTIDE! I started working in healthcare as a CNA at an assisted living facility. I absolutely loved it! This was the affirmation I needed before beginning my journey in becoming a nurse. I’ve been a registered nurse for over two years and I am honored to be a part of the rehabilitative process of patients in pain.
