APMSS Welcomes Workers' Comp Case Managers, Adjusters, and Patients to our Practice!

We are delighted to t'reat your patients to ascertain MMI (maximum medical improvement). The treatment of Workers Comp patients is an integral part of APMSS.

We want to improve our efficiency and save you time when you need to have patients seen at our office. We will try to clearly communicate any changes we have made to provide outstanding customer service and the highest level of patient care!

Our objectives are to:
  • Schedule patients as quickly as possible. Our goal is to get the patient seen within five working days if all the pertinent medical records are sent to APMSS prior to the scheduled appointment.
  • Evaluate the patient by Dr. Daitch or Dr. Frey, who are both credentialed to do FMEs.
  • Treat the actual root cause of the patient’s pain. Pain is a symptom, not a cause!
  • Send your patient back to work!

YES! THEY ARE CONTRACTED! Not sure? Check with us!

Check with our WC Coordinator to confirm that Dr. Daitch and Dr. Frey are contracted with your carrier! Since January 2010, the doctors have actively pursued contracts with most of the largest premier carriers in Florida.

As you know, just because their names are not listed does not mean they are not contracted! Please call our WC Coordinator to verify!

APMSS changes to improve service and expedite a patient’s return to work...
  1. The Work Comp Department is now a separate department at APMSS with its own staff.
  2. The WC Coordinator can be contacted at the Work Comp department direct phone number (239) 337-6806. The Work Comp department fax number is (239) 337-6807. Or you can contact the WC Coordinator via email at workcomp@apmss.net
  3. Faster and more accurate patient intake

NOTE: Of course, if you wish to provide all the Patient Intake Information over the telephone, the WC Coordinator or her support staff will gladly do so.
  4. Come visit our office!
We welcome you and other case managers and/or adjusters to meet our physicians and staff. See our unique state- of- the- art facility.
  5. Catch a lecture by Dr. Daitch and/or Dr. Frey.
Both physicians lecture in the community and throughout the United States. If you are interested in a specific topic, let the WC Coordinator know!
