In July 2010, Dr. Jonathan Daitch and Dr. Heather Hernandez Smith, both interventional pain management physicians practicing in southwest Florida, met with Florida Congressman Connie Mack IV in Washington DC to discuss the proposed changes in health care and the impact on pain management.

Accompanying the physicians is medical student Danielle Daitch who represents the "future of medicine".
