Regardless of which office you make an appointment, please plan to arrive at least one hour early for your first appointment if you are a new patient and need to complete the paperwork. All the forms and your medical history are very important to be correctly evaluated. It may take you almost an hour to complete all the paperwork. If you are delayed, please call the office and inform them of your situation and your approximate arrival time.
